CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel or change your reservation more than 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the fee is 30% of your total reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation within 15 days of your scheduled arrival date you are responsible for 100% of your booking, no refund will be given, no refunds for early departures
ROOM RATES
Rates quoted are based on double occupancy.
PAYMENT
We require a one-night deposit for single night stays and a 50% deposit for multiple night reservations. Your reservation balance is payable when you arrive for your stay. A 7% sales tax and 6% city bed tax will be added to all room charges. We accept checks, cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you intend to use a gift certificate for partial or all payment of your room, you must call the inn directly to make your reservation in order for the gift certificate to be applied to your stay. Please call us at (401) 848-7123 to book your reservation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
All rooms are available for check-in after 2:00 PM. Check out time is by 11:00 AM. Please call us with your anticipated arrival time so that we can properly accommodate your arrival.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in our formal dining room each morning. Complimentary tea and coffee and cold beverages are available around the clock. Please notify us of any special dietary needs or restrictions when you make your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate.
SMOKING
For our guest’s comfort, we provide a smoke-free environment. Smoking or burning candles or incense in the guest rooms, or anywhere inside the premises or on the porch is not permitted, and our policy is enforced.
PETS
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
PARKING
Free onsite and street parking is available
Children 12 years and older are welcome to enjoy our Bed and Breakfast.
State and city taxes of 13% are payable upon arrival and have not been included in our daily rates.
