days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund the amount of your
reservation less a $35 per room processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days of
your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be given unless we are able to
re-book the room less a $35 per room processing fee, no refunds for early
departures.
